اهمية وضع الاستريم لاين


في البداية ، إنها دراسة جيدة لإنهاء الجدل حول وضع رأس الانسيابي في الاستريم لاين كما هو الحال لسنوات عديدة ، يطلب المدربون من السباحين التركيز على الاستريم لاين للجسم والتركيز على وضع الرأس داخل الاستريم لاين وان وضع الراس يجب أن يكون في المنتصف وضغط الذراعين على الاذن و البعض الاخر يطلب من السباحين التركيز على الرأس لاسفل  مثل استريم لاين السباح مايكل فيلبس الذي يركز على ان الرأس لأسفل وضغط الذراعين خلف الرأس. قبل مناقشة هذه الدراسة ، نحتاج إلى شرح ما هو مصطلح "السحب السلبي او المقاومة السلبية" وهو الذي يتعلق بقوى المقاومة الهيدروديناميكية التي تحدث عندما يبقى السباح في وضع ثابت و لا يحرك أي جزء من الجسم.


أجريت هذه الدراسة على عشرة سباحين ذكور (العمر: 21 ± 2 سنة ؛ طول الجسم: 1.80 ± 0.06 م ؛ كتلة الجسم: 75.9 ± 6.9 كجم) شاركوا في هذه الدراسة بعد إعطاء موافقتهم . كان جميع السباحين على المستوى الإقليمي ولديهم خبرة 10 سنوات في السباحة التنافسية على الأقل. تم إجراء الدراسة خلال شتاء 2014 عندما كان السباحون في فترة المنافسات.

النتائج:

فيما يتعلق بوضع رأس السباح ، وجد أن المقاومة السلبية (Passive Drag) أقل بشكل ملحوظ مع وجود الذراعين أمام الرأس والرأس لأسفل او في المنتصف عن الرأس لأعلى في جميع السرعات.
كشف التحليل الإحصائي أنه مع وجود الذراعين إلى جانب الجسم (الذراع لأسفل) ، سجلت أعلى قيم للمقاومة السلبية هي فقط في الرأس لأعلى وليس في الرأس لأسفل بسرعتين أسرع (1.7 و 1.9 م / ث). ومع ذلك ، لم تظهر المقارنة الزوجية أي اختلافات كبيرة للرأس في الوسط بدلاً من الرأس لأعلى والرأس لأسفل في جميع السرعات.


تظهر النتائج انخفاضًا بنسبة 4-5.2٪ في متوسط المقاومة السلبية عندما يكون الرأس لأسفل أو الراس في المنتصف و ذراعي السباح إلى جانب الجسم (الذراع لأسفل) ، مقارنةً بوضع الرأس لأعلى. كان هناك انخفاض كبير بنسبة 10.4-10.9٪ في المقاومة السلبية عندما كان الرأس لأسفل أو في المنتصف  و ذراعي السباح فوق رأس السباح (في وضع الانسياب). يظهر في الرسم البياني بالنقطة الصفراء. و الاخفاض في المقاومة السلبية خلال السرعات الاقل لوضع الرأس لاسفل 

الاستنتاج:

فيما يتعلق بهذه الدراسة والدراسات ذات الصلة في وضع  الجسم و المقاومة السلبية ، الاستريم لاين مع الرأس لأسفل أقل مقاومة بنسبة 10.4 - 10.9 ٪ ولكن يجب أن نذكر أيضًا أنه في سرعة 1.9 الاستريم لاين مع الرأس لأسفل والرأس بين الذراعين متساوية تقريبا. علينا التركيز على الاستريم لاين في التدريبات اليومية. ولا تنس أن 30٪ من جميع السباقات تكون على الحائط او جوانب الحوض اي  البدء والدورانات ، ويعتبر الاستريم لاين مفتاحًا قيمًا للنجاح فيجب علينا استخدامه وتطويره بشكل كبير.
